Welcome
We, Todd, Aimee, Nolan, and Cassidy King would like to welcome you all to our family. Most of you already feel like family to us, and we hope that the feeling is mutual. As you have probably already heard, we have purchased Come Dance Tonight for Denise, with the intention of keeping dancing, and dance instruction, alive and well in Cortez at our current location. We did not make this decision because we are the best dancers in the Four Corners (although we are working on that ;-)) but rather because we believe in encouraging our children to pursue their passion, while meeting the needs of our community. It was also important to us that we carry on the legacy that Denise's passion and dedication, we have changed the name of the studio to Legacy Dance!
We eagerly look forward to continuing to meet your needs for dance instruction, social dancing, and friendship. We are committed to continuing the training of all of our staff so that you all can continue to be challenged and grow as ballroom dancers. We also plan to bring in outside in outside instructors on a regular basis to help insure that our most skilled dancers can be challenged, while providing workshops to hep advance everyone else.
Please look for our upcoming emails that will keep you filled in on all of the latest happenings, or just stop in to visit in between lessons. Thank you for your continued support,
The King Family
Take The Lead
We have a vision to utilize dance as an outreach to youth in our community, especially to help overcome bullying; to provide healing and empowerment to victims of domestic violence; and to provide movement therapy to folks recovering from medical issues that insurance may not cover.
If you would like to be a part of this outreach, we will have a Scholarship Fund called "Take The Lead" that you can donate to. All funds donated will be used to provide group and/or private lessons to those in need.
